About Deb Paton Showley

Deb has grown up on Lake Tippecanoe and worked in the Marina and Boating industry for many years before finding her natural fit in Real Estate. Her Grandfather was selling lake property before lake living was so popular and her father George Paton III holds a Broker license and owns and operates Patona Bay Boat Service. This lake and real estate heritage has given her vast knowledge of the area lakes and an undeniable edge in a competitive market. This knowledge has earned her top sales awards in every area she has served.

 

She was awarded as Salesperson of the Year for Master Craft Boat Company, a distinct honor for a young professional. As she has entered the Real Estate world, holding the principles set in place by her grandfather, she has served her clients with honor, respect, and confidence to provide great success in the world of Real Estate. She is consistently honored as a Top Real Estate Associate by her company, Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, as well as Coldwell Banker Corporate. Locally, she has earned top honors of REALTOR of the Year in 2011.

 

She has served the Kosciusko Board of Realtors® as a Director for 6 years and President in 2011. In 2012, Deb served as President-Elect of the same. She has also served as a director of the Kosciusko Fulton County Builder Association. Deb attended Colorado State University and has a degree in Business Management and Pre Veterinary Medicine.

 

She has trained horses and ran her own horse training facility. There she specialized in coaching children, amateurs, and horse enthusiasts to the winner's circle in Morgan, Arabian, and saddle horse events. She is actively involved with Charitable Events throughout Kosciusko County and a Supporter of the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation helping to organize the successful Cottage Tour on Tippy in 2012.
